Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking classes at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot, as our small class sizes (max 8 students) fill up quickly. You can book through our website or mobile app.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring yourself in comfortable workout clothes! We provide all equipment, mats, towels, and water. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get oriented and meet your instructor.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package or a cancellation fee for drop-ins.

Do you offer trial classes or studio tours?

Absolutely! We offer a discounted intro class for first-time clients. We also provide complimentary studio tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule your visit and experience the LorePilates difference.

Is Pilates suitable for beginners?

Yes! Pilates is perfect for all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises for beginners while challenging more experienced students. We recommend starting with our Mat Pilates or booking a private session to build your foundation.
